When to get in touch

The contact form is the best way to reach the TakeRank team. We read every message and try to reply within two working days, and usually faster than that. The most useful messages come with a bit of detail: which page you were on, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and whether you were signed in. If you can attach a screenshot, even better.

Bug reports, missing artists, broken cover art, suggestions for features, requests for new genres or lists, press enquiries, partnership ideas - all of it lands here. We are a small team behind the project, so we cannot promise to act on every suggestion, but we read them all and the best ones really do change what gets built next.

Other ways to reach us

You can also report account-specific issues from inside the app - the settings page has a feedback shortcut that includes your account context automatically, which helps us debug things quickly. For anything sensitive (password resets, account recovery, deletion requests) please use the contact form so we can verify the email address on file.

If your message is about content moderation - a public profile or a list you think breaks our rules - please include the URL and a short explanation. We do not act on vague reports, but a specific one gets attention the same day.
