The Service uses data from third-party sources including MusicBrainz, Deezer, and the Cover Art Archive. Album artwork, artist information, and music metadata are provided by these services and remain the property of their respective owners.
MusicBrainz data is used under the Creative Commons CC0 licence. Cover art is sourced from publicly available archives and streaming services.
6. Intellectual Property
The TakeRank name, logo, and original content are the property of takerank.com. The Elo rating algorithm implementation, user interface design, and other original elements of the Service are protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
9. Termination
